Boditronics Express Carbs is a carbohydrate only blend of glucose polymers and maltodextrin and it is ideal for use when you want to control your carbohydrate intake both before and after a workout.
While you can use Express Carbs on it's own to add carbs to your daily intake it is unflavoured and designed to be added to a whey protein shake such as Boditronics Express Whey to provide a custom protein to carb ratio suited to your individual needs.

Directions For Use
For high-intensity exercise and body building Express Carbs will work both a pre-workout - loading your muscles with glycogen, so you have the energy to really push yourself. When drank immediately after exercise Express Carbs refuels your muscles with glyocgen, this prevents catabolism and promotes efficient muscle growth.
Endurance athletes should consume around 40-50g of carbs per hour to maintain performance.
Directions – Requirements will vary from athlete to athlete but typically add one scoop 50g to 400ml of water or your favourite drink or protein shake
