The idea behind GDA+ is to control insulin, which is a hormone in the body that transports glycogen. Insulin is very useful in transporting glycogen to the muscles, however, is also responsible for transporting glycogen to fatty tissue.
By combining patented ingredients like liposan ultra®, gs4 plus®, and bioperine®, Axe & Sledge were able to create a product that optimizes nutrient absorption and blocks glucose from storing as fat.

Axe and Sledge have provided specific instructions on how to use GDA+ as well as when there is no point in taking it.
The brand directs you to use two capsules with meals packing 45 to 64g of carbohydrates and 8 to 15g of fat; three capsules for 65 to 84g of carbs and 16 to 24g of fat, and a full four capsule serving with 85+ carbs and 25+ fat.
