Creatine is a popular supplement used by athletes and bodybuilders to improve performance and increase muscle mass. While Creatine is a widely used supplement by fitness enthusiasts of all levels, some people still avoid creatine because they worry it's bad for their health. But is it bad for you?

For optimal results, it is recommended to follow the guidelines of around 5g Creatine per day and to remain hydrated (between 4-5 litres of water per day) while taking creatine supplements, as severe dehydration can lead to kidney damage.
