HOLIDAY MODE : DELIVERY UPDATE

Please note, final date for dispatch will be 2pm Tuesday 6th Feb. Orders placed after this will be dispatched on 15th Feb. Any orders placed between 7th Feb and 14th Feb (holiday mode) will be automatically upgraded to 24 hour service (1-3 working days).

All orders placed within the holiday mode will receive a free gift bundle.

While we will still have access to emails, please note replies may be slow/ limited.

 

 

NEXT DAY SERVICE

This is on a next day service at £6.99 & the shipping option will need to be selected at checkout. Next Day service also depends on stock availability, so if an item is out of stock...your order will still be sent out on a next day service as soon as it's back in stock (usually within 24-48 hours).

We mainly use Royal Mail for all deliveries, however depending on order size and availability, we also use Yodel & FedEx as our main courier partners. We have selected these companies because they offer the best, most reliable service to our customers.  

We will email confirmation of your order on receipt and for those orders being delivered by a courier company you will receive further delivery update emails via the courier company directly (usually with a delivery slot). Please leave your mobile number at ordering stage if you would like to receive notifications.

Should you not be at home to receive your delivery, our couriers will try again the following day or give you the option to rearrange a delivery time/ collection point.

Should you not be in to sign/ receive your delivery, please let us know via email info@gymsupplements.co.uk and we will arrange to leave your parcel with a neighbour if it is possible to do this.

Should you choose to call, please do not leave a voicemail. Instead, please email us along with your order number.

If you leave a signed authorisation note the couriers will leave your parcel in an alternate place at your delivery address however this will be entirely at your own risk.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, NOT the date of purchase. All orders are subject to a one day handling time. Next Day deliveries are NOT guaranteed.

Our delivery rates are;

- Free standard delivery on all orders over £49+

- £3.99 (standard delivery) for all orders below £49.99

- Next Day Delivery - £5.99

If you qualify for FREE delivery, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Yodel, so you should receive your order within 2 days after it being shipped.

Royal Mail Next Day is sent via their Tracked 24 service, so you should receive it the day after it being shipped. Again, this can vary depending on what day/ time your order was placed.

While we work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched as quick as possible, sometimes it is out of our hands & even the most reliable couriers can end up having delays.

In this instance, please get in touch with us via email and we will try our best to locate the item for you and get an update from the courier.

Our order cut off point is 1pm. If your order reaches us after 1pm, then your order won't be dispatched until the next working day.
