What are the delivery charges and terms
– Free standard delivery on orders over £40
– Standard delivery (2 – 5 working days) is £2.95
– Next Day delivery (24 hours) is £6.00
At Supplements-direct we take your privacy seriously, all our data is encrypted and protected by the highest standard of SSL website security. Stripe handle all of our payments so we do not store any payment or confidential information regarding your finances on our systems. When creating an account on Supplements Direct it is solely for the purpose of storing your shipping address and contact details. We do not sell or otherwise distribute details of our customers to any third parties.
If you have ordered prior to that day’s delivery deadline your order will be packed and shipped same day via DPD Local Next Day service, you will receive an email notifying you of this. If for any reason we are out of stock of any items included in your order you will be notified by the team.
However, the stock keeping system on the website should ensure that this doesn’t happen.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we offer FREE delivery on any orders over £49.99 or more! Occasionally we will have promo codes for free delivery on orders under £40. Where we have other promo codes, we may not always have free delivery.
What happens if the item is damaged?
Although we take care great care in packaging your products, sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If you receive your item damaged then please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number. We can then arrange a swift replacement for you.
What happens if my order is wrong?
If you have ordered the wrong items then please contact us and we will arrange a new order to be sent out – charges will incur. However, if it is due to an error on our side then we will cover all postage costs for replacing the order.
