What is a synbiotic?
A properly balanced intestinal microbiota is essential for our well-being. Therefore, our mental health depends on healthy intestines.
Olimp Labs have created a dietary supplement whose main ingredient – Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in a concentration of 7 billion (7x109 CFU*) – is responsible for supplementing the intestinal microbiota, in particular during antibiotic therapy, 2–3 weeks following the discontinuation of antibiotics, during the use of medication (e.g. popular nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers), hormones, stimulants (like alcohol and tobacco), or following viral infections or the intake of unhealthy food containing pathogenic chemical agents and free radicals, which destroy the health-promoting strains of bacteria.
The product is supplemented with a prebiotic in the form of fructooligosaccharides, which act as a medium for the growth of lactic-bacteria cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG). This complex is called a synbiotic. It has a “2 in 1” effect, which ensures the optimal conditions for the probiotic bacteria to grow and also remain to highly active. Synbiotics are more effective than probiotics, and restore the microbiological balance of the body more quickly.
Prolonged or ill-planned physical activity, and increasing fatigue, can cause the dysfunctioning of the intestines, resulting from oxidative stress, and consequently can decrease immunity and increase the susceptibility to infectious diseases.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is a safe and widely tested strain of bacteria. The probiotic bacteria found in the product are protected by microencapsulation.

Recommended use
Take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of liquid, with food at best. If you have problems with swallowing, you can open the capsule and dilute its contents in a liquid at the room temperature (e.g. water, milk or fruit juice). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Warning: the product is not recommended in hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In decreased immunity, consult the use of the product with the doctor.
