Delivery & Returns Policy

We have a very simple delivery plan for UK orders:
- Orders over £49.99 - 2-3 working days - Standard Delivery FREE!
- Orders under £40 - 2-3 working days - Standard Delivery just £3.99!
Our 2-3 working day delivery means that if you order by 2pm on Monday, your order will usually be with you on Wednesday, however this is not a guaranteed delivery.
While we always strive to deliver a 5* service to all our customers, please note once the item is shipped by us, it is in the hands of a trusted courier company to ensure the parcel is delivered on time and safely. Occasionally there are hiccups in the service and your order may be delayed through no fault of our own.
In this instance, please get in touch with us via the chat feature or email and we will try our best to locate the item for you and get an update from the courier.
Who do we use to deliver?
We use Royal Mail & occasionally Hermes as our courier partners - we have selected these companies because they offer the best, most reliable service to our customers.
We will email confirmation of your order on receipt and for those orders being delivered by a courier company you will receive further delivery update emails via the courier company directly (usually with a delivery slot).
Should you not be at home to receive your delivery, our couriers will try again the following day. Should you not be in to sign/ receive your delivery, please let us know via phone (01494 520002 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange to leave your parcel with a neighbour if it is possible to do this. Should you choose to call, please do not leave a voicemail. Instead, please email us along with your order number.
If you leave a signed authorisation note the couriers will leave your parcel in an alternate place at your delivery address however this will be entirely at your own risk.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and experience using Gym Supplements Ltd. We will take back any faulty/ damaged goods and exchange it for a new one, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.
Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you've opened it up, had a few tries and don't like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any food or food related items in any event.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error, depending on the courier used there will be a re-shipping fee of £3.99 or £6.99. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you state this when signing for the parcel or ask the courier to return it to us directly. If your order doesn't arrive or incorrect items are received or your item arrives damaged, you will need to report this to us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to rectify it.
You will need to provide a photograph of your invoice, box and contents and email them to email@example.com where we can then rectify the issue. If the items or packaging have been thrown away we will not be able to take claims any further. If we do request that your damaged item is to be returned, we ask that you do this within 14 days of a returns label being issued. Any damaged returns received after this time cannot be resolved.
Sale Items – Any of the sale items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund in any case. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing and/ or condition of the item.
Gym Supplements Ltd is not responsible for ingredient compliance laws in countries other than the UK and it is the responsibility of the buyer to check these before ordering.
