Directions for use:
Add 2 scoops to 300ml – 400ml of water in a blender of shaker cup, and shake or blend for 20 seconds. Consume within 30 minutes. Consume 2-4 servings per day for best results. Do not exceed recommended dose. 900g provides 20x45g servings.
